Admiral's View Motel Terms and Conditions are set out for the safety and enjoyment of all guests staying with us. The person checking into the unit and/or signing the registration card acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting Admiral's View Motel and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with authority of the Guest. Guests agree to pay all charges incurred by them and their visitors during their stay including any fees or charges incurred as a result of a breach of the terms and conditions below.

BOOKING POLICIES
All bookings are required to be guaranteed with a valid credit card to secure the reservation. These details are held for security purposes on file and we do not charge until arrival. Alternatively, we can accept a deposit, the terms of which will be specified by management.

Final Payment: Final payment is required on or before departure except when prior arrangements have been made with management. Admiral's View Motel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any unpaid accounts after the guest has departed. Unpaid accounts will be liable for any collection costs incurred by Admiral's View Motel; and penalty interest of 1% for each day that the account remains overdue will be charged.

Guests making a booking and staying at Admiral's View Motel must be 20 years of age or over. Managers reserve the right to ask underage to vacate the premises.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Additional room charges will be levied per person if more than the stated number of guests is sharing the room. Please contact us immediately if your party number increases for the extra charges.

No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the guest being asked to vacate the premises immediately. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will not incur a charge. Cancellations received within 48 hours or less before the day of arrival will be charged one night's accommodation for all rooms booked.

Non-Refundable bookings – No cancellations are permitted and refunds will not be given for accommodation reserved under this category.

Group bookings (3 rooms or more) and long stay bookings (8 nights or more) Cancellations within 15 days of arrival, one week's accommodation will be charged for all rooms booked.

Guests that fail to arrive without any prior explanation to management will be treated as a "No Show" and as such may be liable for the full accommodation charge.

COVID 19 Cancellation Policy
Where a region is placed into lockdown during the 48 hour cancellation period of the booking which inhibits the guest using their reservation no charges will be incurred.

All international bookings are subject to a 60 day cancellation policy while the international borders remain closed.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out is 10am. If you require a room outside these times, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

OFFICE HOURS
Are 8am to 8pm. Please let us know if you are checking in after 8pm and we will arrange someone to meet you on arrival. For early check-in/late check-out please make prior arrangements with management.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Admiral's View Motel rooms and building. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas and if the smoking policy is breached, guests may be asked to vacate the premises and may incur charges for any damage to the room or property including and limited to the cleansing of any odours from furnishing and carpets, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

PET POLICY
No pets allowed. Any guests who breach the NO PETS policy may be immediately asked to vacate the premises and may incur charges for any damage to the room or property including and limited to the cleansing of any pet odours and/or fibres, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

INTERNET
We provide free internet access wireless and cabled. In the event of any illegal file sharing detected by a guest the guest will be held liable for any charges and costs (Copyright Infringing File Sharing Amendment Act 2011).

COOKING
We provide cooking facilities, please note any costs associated with the cooking of odiferious foods will be charged to the guest.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Lost keys: $10 per key
Dry-Cleaning bedspreads, duvets and valances: $30 per item
Extra care room cleaning surcharge: $50 per room
Carpet cleaning: $70 per room
Damage to rooms: cost of repair to new/replacement and loss of accommodation during repair/replacement
Breakages: cost of repair to new/replacement and loss of accommodation during repair and/or replacement
Missing chattels: cost of replacement and loss of accommodation until replaced

LOST PROPERTY
If you forget items in your room please contact us immediately and will arrange for your goods to be delivered back to you (charges will apply).

SPA UNITS
Guests using spa units are welcome to bring their own bath salts, we ask that you do not use any bath salts which do not fully dissolve in the water and contain such items as seeds and flower petals. These items lodge in the jets and are unpleasant for future guests. If you choose to use such bath salts you may be charged additional cleaning costs for our staff to clear out the debris.
